About You

You’ll be an experienced management consultant, with specialism in project and programme management.  You may have hit a ‘glass ceiling’ in your current role.  Either that or you’re not feeling like your ideas are being listened to.  You could be looking for a company where some of your specialised skills will be appreciated.

Excellent client delivery is a real focus for you and you want to play a key role in ensuring this happens, but you will also be ready for the next step in your career.  You’ll also be ready to make a real contribution to a business that is committed to becoming famous for accelerated career development and known for it’s people and culture.

The Role

You’ll spend around 60% of your time delivering client engagements, taking the lead role managing change or IT systems implementation projects or programmes.  You’ll own multiple key account relationships, providing strategic oversight, advice or quality assurance to delivery teams and developing relationships to open up opportunities.

We’ll also support you in seeking out and developing new business, possibly focusing on a developing a new sector or capability.

But what we really hope you’re also excited about is contributing to our strategy, vision and the operational management of the business.  You’ll have the opportunity to bring and develop new ideas and inspire, lead and mentor other consultants within our team.
