Life at Nine Feet Tall
Our people are at the heart of everything we do. We are incredibly proud of the team and the unique culture we have built. We want Nine Feet Tall to be a place where you love coming to work every day, can collaborate with inspiring colleagues and where you build and ignite your career through delivering exceptional client work.
We support you to achieve your goals and career ambitions though dedicated mentors. Your mentor’s role is to guide and coach supported by our careers framework and capability matrix tools. However, we are not about ticking boxes; we are all about ditching the paperwork and having valuable and meaningful conversations about how we can support you to fulfil your potential and continually grow.
Nine Feet Tall uses the Insights Discovery methodology to aid self-discovery, understand others and enable our team to build strong and effective working relationships. We are proud to have a diverse team encompassing a great mix of all the colour energies.
Our team of consultants are used to spending a large percentage of their time travelling, as we have clients up and down the country. Keeping up a healthy lifestyle often gets pushed to the backburner when you’re staying away at a client site. We work hard to put employee well-being at the top of our agenda. We have a HAY programme which supports health and wellness at work and a number of initiatives aligned to this; mental health training for all team members, nutrition advice, discounted gym memberships, access to mental health counsellors, yoga sessions at our company days, cycle to work scheme and regular socials, to name but a few. Every team member also has the chance to help shape our strategy at our annual away days.

- Fast track career development
- 10x training days
- Reimbursement for conferences and training courses
