Tiggy brings a rich background in Change and Organisation Design (OD), having worked in Financial Services, Compliance and Financial Regulation before joining Nine Feet Tall. Her journey includes managing complex programmes including the transition from non-statutory to statutory mortgage regulation and the introduction of digital reporting for small firms, the Fast Forward (OD) programme at Camden Council and supporting firms to drive innovation in Legal Services. She is a trusted advisor and cultural change expert, known for her strategic insight and empathetic leadership. Driven by a passion for people, Tiggy is a dedicated advocate of designing and putting a ‘people first’ experience at the centre of transformation programmes, regularly sharing insights in thought pieces, podcasts and at speaking events.

Beyond her consultancy role, Tiggy is a mum of 4 and deeply committed to community impact. She joined the Jessie May Trust, a children’s hospice-at-home charity based in Bristol, as a Trustee in 2020 and was elected Chair of the Board of Trustees in 2021.
