Tesco Direct embarked on a project to significantly improve its online offering with a view of simplifying user experience, accelerating products to market and integration with third party suppliers. We were brought in to lead the change, communications and user acceptance testing (UAT) on this complex programme. The results enabled Tesco Direct to quickly introduce new products to the market, supported by a seamless supply chain with an increasing number of fulfilment partners.
