The Joint Council for Qualifications is a membership organisation made up of the seven largest providers of educational qualifications in the UK.
The A2C programme involved the main awarding organisations in the UK implementing new standards for communicating information about exams. This involved the 30 MIS suppliers upgrading the software that is used in 5500 exam centres (schools and colleges) as well as each awarding organisation upgrading their own systems. This was an extremely complex change programme with numerous stakeholders and suppliers. We were responsible for leading the testing and preparation ahead of go live.
