Clinical risk paperless programme
The Clinical Risk Practice wanted to permanently move away from using paper files to handle their cases and move the whole team to a consistent electronic way of working. We managed the end to end delivery of the project including all aspects of training, implementation and communications. We were responsible for the technical deployment of the supporting system but were also instrumental in defining and embedding new ways of working across the organisation and successfully transitioning roles to in-house teams.
CRM system implementation
DAC Beachcroft embarked on a project to introduce a Client Relationship Management (CRM) system in an effort to encourage collaborative working among their fee-earners, realise operational efficiencies and keep up with their competitors. We were brought onboard to project manage this implementation, in addition to managing the cultural change required to realise the expected benefits. We were able to identify a significant amount of cross and up-selling opportunities, and created a single version of client interaction across the firm.
Matter management implementation
The Real Estate business at DAC Beachcroft wanted to introduce a Matter Management System to automate and streamline their business processes. We were engaged as the lead business analyst to re-design their business process, gather requirements, manage the user acceptance testing (UAT) and deliver training the training to the end users.
