One of the AY divisions were looking to replace their in-house brokerage system with a solution that could be adopted by all their agency teams nationwide. They also wanted to explore options for a company-wide comparables database. The aim of these two projects was to improve process efficiency within the agency teams and dramatically increase sharing of data. Nine Feet Tall was brought on board as the lead business analyst to: - Map current processes across the whole division and identify areas of process improvement - Document requirements for both the brokerage system and comparables database - Develop a central, to-be process, agreed by all parties, for the agency and investment disposals and acquisitions processes - Carry out an initial assessment of the off the shelf brokerage solutions available and their suitability with respect to GVAs requirements - Manage the full Request for Proposal (RFP) process - Negotiate with the prefered supplier to arrive at an agreed cost proposal, implementation plan and key contract elements.

AY was looking to upgrade its system infrastructure to ensure they provide leading edge and efficient solutions to their clients. Nine Feet Tall led the requirements gathering and process design for one of the key divisions at AY. Work included business case development and approval, RFI and vendor selection.
