About You

Your career to date may have touched on all sorts of disciplines – Business Analysis, IT Project Management, PMO, Change Management – and you’re looking for a role where you get the diversity of opportunity to continue with each element, or focus in on what you’re really keen to specialise in.

You’ll be ready to play a key role in the delivery of client engagements. You’ll get to take the lead on specific deliverables and flex your project management know-how on critical workstreams.

But you’ll also enjoy helping less experienced members of the team make the same journey you have.

The Role

The Senior Consultant role is one of the most diverse positions we have. You could be running workshops, delivering projects or helping to manage change – and you’ll get experience of all kinds of different projects in a range of sectors. It’s a role that can really fast-track your career.

We’ll provide you with a focused learning and development programme to develop you into a successful consultant. It’s not just about client delivery, it’s about becoming a mentor to others and building the consultancy skill set to launch your career.

It’s a position that will start to pull together all the key skills and attributes that you’ve gained so far, whilst also seeking out and developing the skills you probably haven’t had the chance to fully engage with yet.

That’s why we’re happy to consider applicants on either a full-time or flexible working (part-time 4 days per week or flexi-hours) basis. You’ll be home-based in the first instance, with flexibility to come to our office in Bath 1 -2 times per month to training and for our regular Company Days that play a big role in our cohesive team culture.

Remuneration

£35,000 – £43,000 + bonus and a competitive benefits package
