Beginning her career in the education sector, Alisha has developed a high set of skills for facilitation and knowledge sharing, underpinned by her people-focused approach to delivery. An experienced change manager, Alisha specialises in upskilling change leaders across a variety of audiences. Her experience extends across multiple roles, primarily within the Change and Project Management space, and most recently as Programme Communications and Engagement Manager on a major SAP S/4HANA business transformation for one of Britain’s globally recognised luxury retail brands. She is APM PMQ certified and previously led a complex workstream on a national Network and Telco transformation for a leading retail/FMCG organisation.

Alongside client delivery, Alisha has also developed and led on our internal neurodiversity awareness initiative, supporting inclusive workplace practices. Outside of Nine Feet Tall, Alisha is a practicing artist, producing and selling her own work. Her creative lens shapes her approach to problem-solving, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to every engagement.
