With a background in programme delivery and PMO support, Sophie brings a people centred approach to helping organisations adopt new systems and ways of working. Her experience in supporting ERP transformations and change initiatives spans multiple sectors including retail, logistics, legal and the third sector. Sophie brings her expertise as a qualified Change Management Practitioner to support business and stakeholder readiness. Deeply committed to social impact, Sophie is also our fundraising lead at Nine Feet Tall and an active member of the Not-for-Profit Group where she helps drive charity focused initiatives across the organisation.

Outside of Nine Feet Tall, she is an enthusiastic runner and sports lover, interested in how physical activity and charitable fundraising can work together to create positive social impact.
