With over 17 years working in the world of business transformation, Pam brings a wealth of knowledge in managing complex projects and programmes. She has a unique and diverse perspective on organisational change, holding roles in charity leadership and trusteeship, as well as programme, project and change management, in both inhouse and consultancy roles. Pam is highly adaptable, having worked across public, private and not for profit sectors. She is enthusiastic about social value; most recently delivering for clients such as Viridor, Nutricia, Orbit Housing and Canal & River Trust. Driven by a passion for people, Pam is highly skilled at stakeholder management, team building and working with communities to achieve more together.
