Niall specialises in leading complex, multimillion-pound transformation programmes that drive business growth and organisational effectiveness. Before joining Nine Feet Tall, he worked at global organisations such as Mott MacDonald and Zurich Insurance, where he developed expertise in transformation programme delivery, business analysis, and process improvement.
