Lucy has over 20 years’ experience delivering programmes and projects across the UK, Europe, Asia, and Australasia. With a background in Procurement Transformation, she has led several major technology transformations for global organisations including Diageo, Cisco, and TSB, working extensively with SAP Ariba.

Lucy has supported an NHS Procurement Consortium in delivering a £600M technology transformation and worked with global organisations to transition complex facilities management contracts and improve contract compliance. At Nine Feet Tall, she has led a Care and Clinical digital deployment, driven continued results through our Tech Select solution in the Not-for-Profit sector, and managed change for Microsoft D365 Finance and Procurement rollout in the Construction sector.

To relax, Lucy enjoys cooking, reading and playing the flute with a flute ensemble and a wind band – where she is also Events Coordinator.
