Starting her career in change and culture development as a transport civil servant, Isobel later transitioned into consultancy, where she has built a broad and versatile skill set. Her expertise now spans business analysis, project management, and ERP implementation, where she plays a key role in delivering successful programmes for our clients. With a proven track record leading diverse projects across industries such as defence, utilities, media and more, Isobel brings both structure and adaptability to complex challenges.

Outside of Nine Feet Tall, Isobel is a passionate advocate for leadership and personal growth, channelling this energy as vice captain of her netball team, where her team spirit and competitive drive mirror her professional approach to collaboration and performance.
