With over 12 years’ experience leading complex change and transformation, Rike has delivered high impact programmes across banking, pharmaceuticals, utilities, and legal sectors. Her work includes introducing AI tools at an international investment bank, preparing a pharmaceutical company for a major ERP rollout, integrating a start up within a utilities firm, and supporting a law firm’s transition to new offices and ways of working.

Before joining Nine Feet Tall, Rike held leadership roles at the Post Office, UK Department for International Development, and Oxfam, where she managed an £800m portfolio and led transformation across 27 countries. Known for her pragmatic, people centred approach, Rike focuses on achieving measurable business outcomes.

Outside of Nine Feet Tall, Rike enjoys cooking for friends, spending time with her young family, and exploring fibre arts and crafts.
