Prior to joining Nine Feet Tall, Elsie built strong partnerships with educational institutions, community organisations, funding bodies, and corporate allies, building effective cross sector relationships to deliver strategic objectives. Since joining Nine Feet Tall, Elsie has led and supported a range of strategic change initiatives, including system implementations and process optimisation helping organisations navigate complexity and embed lasting change. Passionate about people experience and committed to creating tangible business outcomes, Elsie often explores innovative approaches to embedding change that lasts.

Outside of Nine Feet Tall, Elsie enjoys gardening, herbalism, wild swimming, and running, activities that inspire creativity and balance.
