Elliot is a highly experienced change management professional with over 5 years of Change Experience. A Prosci-accredited Change Manager, Elliot successfully led a team of Change Managers and Business Analysts in the Social Housing Sector prior to joining Nine Feet Tall. His experience encompasses working on large and complex projects, along with navigating the challenges of three significant organisational mergers.

At Nine Feet Tall, Elliot leverages this extensive experience to support organisations in delivering lasting, effective change. He maintains a specific focus on ensuring that people are fully supported and prepared for change, driving successful adoption and sustained outcomes.

Outside of his professional life, Elliot is a proud father, as well as a keen participant and watcher of many sports.
