With 18+ years’ experience in the set-up and delivery of complex transformation programmes, Dave has a proven track record of working with business leaders and enabling organisations to grow.  Dave brings strategic programme leadership and a strong governance approach in helping organisations navigate complex change and has an impressive client list including companies such as Rotork, Dimensions, Spectris and Lifetime Training.  Dave is a trusted and recognised leader in ERP programme delivery and recovery, with a deep specialism in MS Dynamics and SAP S/4 Hana. Through robust programme healthcheck and assurance he can create structure from chaos, de-risking and accelerating delivery and ensure issues are mitigated before they materialise.

Outside of work Dave loves to spend time with family and travel, and in his free time can been seen on his bike climbing hills around Bath, to reflect and recharge ready to develop solutions with renewed focus.
