With a background in technology and business change, Esther founded 9FT in 2004, now a thriving change management consultancy. She has led a wide range of business transformation programmes in complex, fast-moving, ambitious organisations for clients such as Sainsbury’s, Diageo, Harrods and Carlsberg. She is passionate about people development and set-up the award winning 9Start Academy to fast-track consultancy careers. Esther has many accolades throughout her career, including the Sunday Times Best Place to Work in 2024, Management Today’s Women in Leadership Power List in 2024 and most recently was listed in the Outstanding Achievement Award Top-3 by the Association for Project Management.

Esther is recognised as a thought leader, regularly being asked to guest in publications, run TEDx talks and speak at conferences. Outside of work she plays and coaches hockey, is a novice surfer, and enjoys travelling and broadening her horizons.
