Context

DVSA (Formerly VOSA) embarked on a complex IT programme to deliver hand-held devices to over 600 roadside enforcement operators to be able to better target non-compliant and dangerous vehicles. We were engaged to manage the change management activities associated with the IT programme.

DVSA also undertook a complex IT and transformation programme to roll out a new MOT booking system across 80 sites and introduce online booking. Nine Feet Tall were engaged to lead the people, process and information workstreams.

Outcome

Hand-held solution delivered to 600 operators across the UK, removing the need for paper reports and admin support.

Online Bookings

We needed someone who was able to keep our staff motivated throughout a complex IT implementation and provide tailored training to our people. Nine Feet Tall managed to talk to them in their language and got them on board from the start.
