The Role of an Associate Consultant
At Nine Feet Tall, we help organisations navigate complex transformation, with a particular focus on ERP and technology-enabled change.
We’re seeing increasing demand from clients who want more than programme management support. They need people who understand how organisations really work; those who have led ERP programmes, redesigned business processes, made critical system decisions, and helped teams adapt to new ways of working.
We’re particularly interested in hearing from specialists who bring deep, practical experience of ERP transformation. This might be because you’ve delivered multiple ERP implementations, acted as a functional lead on a major programme, or spent years working within functions such as Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations or Supply Chain before moving into consulting.
The most valuable experience often comes from those who have lived through transformation first-hand; people who understand the challenges of balancing business objectives, operational realities and user adoption whilst delivering large-scale change.
Alongside ERP transformation, we continue to support clients with operating model design, organisational change, business optimisation and digital transformation. As organisations respond to technological change, automation and AI, we’re also keen to connect with people who can help clients rethink processes, workforce capability and ways of working to create lasting value from investment in technology.

We’re particularly looking for people with expertise in one of our services or with deep knowledge in ERP implementation. We’re also interested in working with people with experience leading teams through delivery in one or more of the following:
Project & Programme Management
Business Analysis
PMO
Organisational Design & Change Management
