Carla began her career in event management before bringing those skills into the world of consultancy. Complimenting her project management and problem solving skills from events, she has built strong expertise across PMO, project management, and project change and communications. Her experience includes setting up and supporting enterprise PMOs, supporting client capability uplift, and delivering effective communication and engagement strategies. Her approach blends a people-centred mindset with strong organisation, diligence, and clear, logical thinking. She is particularly committed to involving stakeholders in decisions that affect them.

Outside of Nine Feet Tall, Carla volunteers with an NHS group that champions young people’s voices in shaping the services they use.
