With deep expertise in Change Management across Digital Transformation, Vicky is an experienced consultant with more than 20 years in the industry. She specialises in Business Change and Adoption and has led a range of transformative programmes including implementing ERP systems such as IFS, SAP and Oracle, championing business transformations and designing and realising new operating models. Before Nine Feet Tall, her extensive experience supporting organisations navigate complex change at DXC, HP and TCS, encompassed both strategic leadership and hands-on delivery in a range of industries across both public and private sector.

Committed to continuous learning, Vicky engages with the impact AI has on organisations and its potential within Learning and Development, bringing passion and insight to the future of work. Outside of work, she enjoys watching sport of all kinds (particularly rugby) and loves spending her weekend swimming both inside and in open water.
