With 20 years in transformation, corporate services, and operational leadership, Pete has led critical programmes spanning organisational restructures, operating model redesign, and large-scale service improvement. More recently, Pete has has experience as Programme Manager for a major SAP S/4HANA implementation, overseeing technical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and the transformation of core business processes. Prior to joining Nine Feet Tall, he also held senior leadership roles within major housing associations and within the civil service, where he led service delivery teams, a number of change projects to improve service delivery and worked across a number of complex, cross-departmental change programmes. Passionate about people-centred change, he is knowledgeable on organisational design, performance leadership, and effective programme delivery, blending technical insight with practical experience, and a strong keenness for building trusting relationship.

Away from the screen, he finds inspiration in surfing and being part of a junior football team where his stakeholder management skills often come in handy with a group of 11 year-olds, alongside his financial management as club treasurer.
