A driven and highly capable Senior Consultant, Henry brings extensive programme and project management experience, with a strong track record of delivering complex digital initiatives. Most recently, he successfully onboarded over seven teams at a major law firm onto a new case management system, demonstrating strengths in stakeholder management, clear communication, leadership, and the delivery of high-performing project teams.

Henry’s strong PMO and governance capability has also seen him play an integral role in developing portfolio governance frameworks and project prioritisation approaches for a leading UK utilities organisation.

Outside of Nine Feet Tall, Henry has practiced Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for over ten years – an experience that has shaped his disciplined, analytical approach to problem-solving, his ability to remain calm under pressure, and his commitment to continuous improvement.
