She is certified in Prosci and holds an APM PMQ qualification, honing her skills as a project manager. Michelle specialises in driving and delivering change initiatives, leveraging her expertise in communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and user adoption. Her implementation experience spans critical systems, including ERP, HRIS, and PPM Tools, across diverse sectors.

Outside of of Nine Feet Tall, Michele is an avid swimmer and badminton player, and loves spending her free time getting creative with various crafting projects.
