While he has a heart for not-for-profits, his work spans a wide range of sectors; helping to modernise their systems, optimise processes, and adopt new digital capabilities with confidence.

With extensive experience in digital transformation, Ben has delivered critical programmes spanning ERP selection and implementation, IT tenancy migrations, cybersecurity enhancements, process improvements, and data reporting automation.

Prior to joining Nine Feet Tall, he worked within the automotive industry, restoring and racing classic cars. Outside work, he is an avid climber, finding that the focus and problem-solving required on the wall complements his approach to complex projects.
