Lauren Roberts

With experience in a range of sectors (legal, software, not-for-profit, retail, FMGC) and roles, internally and externally facing, Lauren’s drive to continuously improve life for the teams she works in is tangible throughout her career. At Nine Feet Tall she leverages this experience to shape the learning and development offering, including leading the development scheme, 9Start, in addition to her role as Resource Manager, responsible for effectively utilising the team.

Outside work, Lauren is also a Trustee of a youth mental health charity, which provides her with the opportunity to develop her skills in strategic leadership and governance.
