At Nine Feet Tall, she has delivered across multiple sectors, working on a number of ERP programmes, implementing HCM solutions, and leading the set-up and management of PMOs at project, programme, and portfolio levels.

Aleks is P3O®, APM PMQ, and APMG Change Management certified, reflecting her commitment to robust delivery frameworks and achieving measurable business impact.

Passionate about PMO excellence and transformation delivery, Aleks often speaks on topics such as ‘just enough’ governance, PMO maturity, and scalable delivery models, combining technical insight with practical experience.

Outside of Nine Feet Tall, Aleks enjoys learning new home-renovation skills and organising trips to new places, where she can put her planning skills into practice.
