Sarah is a Change Management professional with 15 years’ experience delivering transformation and strategic business initiatives, including a major ERP implementation into a commercial retail environment. Her experience spans Retail, HR, Finance, Financial Services, Home Services and Higher Education. A qualified APMG Change Management Practitioner and Agile Change Agent, Sarah combines Change Management and project delivery expertise with a people-centred approach, helping organisations navigate complexity, build capability and deliver sustainable outcomes.

Outside of Nine Feet Tall, Sarah enjoys being active and loves swimming, hiking and pilates.
