With 8 years’ experience in process improvement within the public sector and higher education, Jade has been a key player in organisational projects, leading workstreams, conducting business analysis, and implementing change. Jade has a rich experience in dealing with large organisations, and takes a people focused approach to her work, delivering real benefit for users while aligning with strategy. Prior to joining Nine Feet Tall, Jade worked as an Implementation Officer for the University of Bristol, specialising in delivering efficiencies using Lean and Agile methodologies.

Outside of work Jade has a passion for being active, enjoying running, tennis, wild swimming, and hiking. She finds inspiration being in nature, and draws warmth from connecting with others who also love the outdoors.
