HCPC

The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) is a regulator set up to protect the general public. They maintain a register of over 300,000 health and care professionals across 15 different health professions, who are required to meet their standards in training, professional skills, behaviour and health.

Context

The Fitness to Practise department at HCPC set about achieving an ambitious change programme that would radically overhaul its operational processes, introduce a new online case management solution and see the department transition to a completely paperless process.

The Education department set about developing a centralised, efficient and streamlined system for the planning, management, communication and storage of Education data.

Delivery

Nine Feet Tall were engaged to manage the delivery of a new IT solution, business processes and KPIs. The team also lead the Education department’s project from start to finish.

Outcome

Fast, transparent and efficient, paper free management of complaints and a streamlined compliance process.
