Sales management transformation
Johnson & Johnson embarked on a business transformation programme that set about consolidating three separate consumer goods sales teams into one unit in order to streamline businesses processes and systems and to provide consistency and clarity in the teams' sales perfomance.We were engaged to lead the business change workstream for this programme. We developed a detailed change management plan, impact assessment and training plan as well as defined and communicated the new business processes, roles and responsibilities. We rolled out the new technology - Siebel PC tablets - to the UK salesforce.
Consolidation of multiple systems onto on platfrom, improved reporting and sales management, enabling the upselling of services.
It was paramount that the sales force could go out into the field the next day and deliver in the new set-up.
