Before partnering with Nine Feet Tall, we were in the early stages of establishing a Change PMO. Over the past 12 months, the Nine Feet Tall team has been instrumental in helping us achieve this goal. Rather than simply providing templates, they led us on a journey to embed a culture of governance and clarity.
