Vistra have been building a global internal projects delivery function and engaged Nine Feet Tall to lead a number of key projects to support the growth of this function. This meant delivering in-flight projects and embedding new processes, as well as scoping and initiating new projects.
Vistra needed to digitalise its customer onboarding process. The manual paper based process included background checks and individual verification which took time. Vistra engaged Nine Feet Tall to develop, manage and launch their Know Your Customer programme. Data is now captured electronically and identities are verified using biometric scanning. The automation of this process has lead to multiple efficiency gains and a smoother customer experience.
