Avon, Somerset & Wiltshire NHS Cancer Services (ASWCS) is the cancer network for Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Somerset and Wiltshire. Their aim is to improve the quality of cancer services provided throughout the region.
High performing teams
With many internal and external stakeholders, fluid boundaries between roles and responsibilities and a “meeting-intense” culture, it was difficult to prioritise activities and ensure ASWCS continued to provide best value. ASWCS approached us to facilitate the change management activities that needed to take place to unite the team, develop their brand, agree priorities and improve internal and external processes.
