Clarks are the world’s largest casual and smart shoe company and fourth largest footwear company. They design, innovate, manufacture and sell more than 50 million pairs of shoes every year across over 35 countries worldwide.

Internal change capability

Clarks had recently set up a newly formed change team to support their internal change capability. We were engaged to lead a series of practical workshops to develop capabilities within the team, while assisting the ongoing creation of a fit-for-purpose change management toolkit. We supported individuals through one to one coaching to build confidence and ensure that they had the skills and competencies to deliver change that sticks.


Competent change team that could confidently manage internal change

The drop in sessions and workshops were underpinned by best practice, but tailored to specific issues and projects. Practical actions were agreed and as a result the impact of these sessions was extremely high.
