CRM & alumni relations

Imperial College initiated the implementation of a new CRM software and a complete redesign of operational business processes. The project aimed to deliver a single view of contact history, enable event management and build relationships to ultimately achieve aggressive fundraising targets.

We delivered a fully implemented CRM platform and redesigned operating model. Working in partnership with Imperial College and the implementation partner, Nine Feet Tall ensured the programme delivered tangible, measurable benefits:

Student administration system

Imperial College embarked on a mission to replace their entire student platform with a single oracle solution that would significantly enhance their in-house analysis capability and management information outputs. We were brought in to lead the business and data analysis and ensure accurate and relevant management information was produced to enable strategic decision making.

Nine Feet Tall enabled Imperial College to realise the full value of its new single Oracle-based student platform by establishing robust data structures, streamlined reporting and clear management information aligned to strategic priorities. Through a comprehensive review and rationalisation of legacy reporting, Nine Feet Tall delivered a reduction across 350 reports, ensuring that outputs were accurate, relevant and focused on enabling confident strategic decision making. The new approach significantly enhanced in-house analysis capability while reducing admin and managerial overheads, creating a more efficient operating environment and equipping leadership with timely, reliable insight to support future growth and performance.
