Curo is a not-for-profit housing and support organisation based in Bath that provides affordable homes and high quality care and support services across the West of England. Managing 12,000 homes and building around 300 new homes every year, they are a thriving ethical business, with a mission to make a positive and profound contribution to the neighbourhoods they work in.
Relocation, collaboration & flexible working
As a result of a merger and re-branding, Curo embarked on a transformation programme to relocate staff from regional offices into a central hub, whilst introducing remote working and increasing employee engagement. We were appointed to lead the transformation programme, in addition to assuming the roles of project manager and change manager.
Nine Feet Tall helped us at critical time when resources were stretched and composure essential. Their ability to take complex situations and bring clarity to them was a real asset at a crucial time.
