Streamlining the process

CIPFA required expert Process Reengineering support and commissioned Nine Feet Tall to map an 'As Is' and 'To Be' process for the Education and Administration teams.  We also managed a membership system upgrade and led organisational restructuring.  Part of this involved training staff to succeed in their new culture and environment.
