Esther is the founder and CEO of Nine Feet Tall, who’s main purpose was to make change happen. Esther has led a wide range of technology and business transformation programmes and helped clients to achieve growth, increase profitability and become more agile. Esther operates best in complex, fast-moving organisations with ambitions to grow. She is passionate about people development and is proud to be a jargon free, straight talker who prefers conversation to email. Esther is a hockey player and coach, a novice surfer and enjoys a good holiday.
Huw JonesManaging Director
Huw is our Managing Director and can often be seen taking the engagement lead role with our key accounts. Huw has a wealth of change and transformation delivery experience developed in industry with BP and then with Accenture. Huw’s client experience is both international and cross sector – from Unilever to Shell to Barnados and DAC Beachcroft. Huw is passionate about both developing people and brands; he has set up the 9start fast track academy and has led work to develop our marketing and branding as the business has grown. Huw is also passionate about sport and identifying opportunities to transfer approaches from sport into business and project success.
Skilled at project delivery, an expert change manager and a cultural change specialist, Tiggy is a Partner with over 15 years’ experience. Extremely versatile and personable, Tiggy has led projects in the Legal, Construction, Financial Services and Regulation and Not for Profit sectors, helping organisations overcome their challenges and embed change that creates real value. Always striving to establishing strong, lasting relationships built on trust and open conversation, Tiggy believes that the key to delivering successful projects is to ensure that everyone is on-board and engaged from the outset. She applied this approach when successfully managing Camden Council and its 5000+ staff through a cultural change project. Outside of work, Tiggy enjoys a good holiday, family time and a night out with friends.
