Lee McHugh

Lee is a Partner and has overall responsibility for Recruitment within Nine Feet Tall.  He brings a wealth of experience from over 10 years spent in consultancy.

He has led complex business change across a wide range of sectors that include health, transport, the environment, construction and education.  Lee has worked as a change manager on the NHS Connecting for Health Programme to deliver new technology in a number of different care settings and has recently returned to the NHS to drive a major improvement programme forward.

Lee has led business analysis initiatives at a global level within organisations such as Barclays and also at a national level with clients such as Sanctuary Housing Association , The Co-operative Legal Services and the Environment Agency.
