Kim Cridland

Kim is a highly capable and determined Consultant who has worked with a variety of public and private sector clients. She has the ability to work under extreme pressure and produce results in a quick and proficient manner.

She has an excellent eye for detail and ensures projects are managed tightly, on time and to budget. Stakeholder management and project governance is Kim’s forte and she is an expert at keeping communications flowing and bringing all levels of the business along with her to achieve its project goals.

Kim has vast experience in the Banking, Manufacturing and Social Care sectors, where she has led a number of change programmes, including business process design, organisational change, integration and system implementation.

Recent projects include Remploy, Laing O’Rourke, Barclays and Deutsche Bank.
