Joanna Cragg-Sapsford

Joanna is a strategic and business focussed leader with experience of solving complex problems and delivering change through working confidently and consultatively at all levels in both the public and private sector.

Specialising in project management, Joanna has extensive cross functional expertise in the areas of HR, Operations and Finance. Typical projects she has led include organisational design, cultural change, centralisation and business improvements programmes.

Joanna has a highly analytical, yet pragmatic approach. She often acts in a QA capacity and undertakes project reviews and health-checks, implements appropriate governance structure and enables delivery of the project to time, quality and budget.

Experienced in managing development teams, third party IT vendors, suppliers and business users. Joanna is a team player, with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, which enables her to quickly get buy-in and support from internal and external parties.
