Huw Jones

Huw has extensive experience leading delivery of large scale, global transformation projects and programmes. Huw started his career at BP where he spent 10 years working in a number of international businesses and functions, after which he spent 6 years at Accenture where he led complex change programmes for clients such as Unilever, Shell and Vodafone.

He is an exceptional project manager and has led a range of projects to make change happen in areas as diverse as HR transformation, customer services consolidation, IT infrastructure and systems implementations.

Huw is highly adept at bringing teams together and developing a pragmatic approach to ensure high value delivery of business objectives. He is also passionate about people development and has played a number of roles coaching clients in areas of personal development and in voluntary roles in the charity and public sectors including mentoring and training delivery. Huw has a PhD in Geography from the University of London and an executive MBA from Cranfield University.
