With more than 15 years of experience in change management, Gill has managed the implementation of many new business improvement processes and system applications.  She has used her exceptional communication skills and ability to gain trust and confidence across the public and private sectors, including recent projects for Remploy, Imperial College, Sanctuary Housing and the Co-op.

Gill has vast experience in business process re-engineering with a track record of designing and embedding new ways of working, reducing manual processes and gaining tangible savings.
