Managing the big bang

WILTS embarked on a multi-million pound IT programme to replace a seriously outdated system. SAP was selected as the strategic IT solution to support all business functions, and Nine Feet Tall was appointed to deliver project and change management expertise at a critical stage in the project and led the 'big bang' go-live of the new solution across over 80 branches within the UK.
