The benefits of Synergy

With over 600 staff in 22 countries, Barclays Internal Audit (BIA) delivers internal audit services across Barclays.  Numerous different systems tools and techniques were being used throughout their teams, which made collecting and analysing information difficult.  Nine Feet Tall worked with Barclays to manage a business transformation programme called Synergy to implement a standard audit methodology and software toolkit to transform the global audit process.
