PM101 Project Methodology

Connect Group embarked on an ambitious transformation programme to develop an internal project management methodology across the Group. Connect engaged us to lead the design of a standard project framework and provide an honest and independent assessment of their project capability and capacity.

'Pass My Parcel' Innovation Programme

Smiths News embarked on a challenging and innovative 'Pass My Parcel' programme to deliver a service which offers consumers the ability to collect parcels from local convenience and newsagents stores, changing the way it operates.  We were appointed to manage this complex programme which required significant changes to IT, processes, organisational design and ways of working. Further innovation programmes took place to leverage the strong supply chain network, and Nine Feet Tall managed the onboarding of a number of strategic clients.

Supply Chain integration

After a recent acquisition of the Tuffnells business, the Connect Group embarked on a project to integrate the Smiths News and Tuffnells Supply Chain with a view to rationalise processes and provide an even better customer experience. We were brought on board to lead this project through to successful completion.
